Ding King Training Company is a unique training facility that specializes in educating interested companies and individuals on the most advance and effective techniques in cosmetic car repair. Classified as a Paintless Dent Repair Training School, Ding King Training has spent the past 20 years creating quality curriculum that not only includes how to appropriately fix cosmetic damage to cars, but how to more effectively conduct a business that revolves around automobiles. They offer several different educational packages through their company, "students can learn total reconditioning if they choose to.”
Ding King Training Company relies on both marketing and their reputation to develop most of their leads, "we generate a lot of repeat and referral business as well as our web sites, advertisements in trade publications, and trade shows.”
THE DING KING INSTITUTE CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
During the onsite interview, Todd Sudeck the President of Ding King Training Company, was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Sudeck explained a situation outside of the educational elements of the company, "a customer's tools arrived two days later from the shipping date they expected." Mr. Sudeck assures future clients that this is not a common complaint for Ding King Training Company, and the issue was resolved by expediting the shipping process. In this particular situation the client was, "extremely satisfied" with the manner in which the complaint was handled. Mr. Sudeck further assures future clients that all complaints are handled with a follow up protocol involving a personal phone call from Mr. Sudeck himself who will, "ask if they are completely satisfied, and if there is any other thing he can help them with.”
When asked to comment on the complaints posted on Rippoff Report's website Mr. Sudeck informed us that he believes the comments are false, "the complaint that was registered on Ripoff Report has been confirmed to be a competitor." Mr. Sudeck went on to list their many accreditations, "Ding King is a state licensed school with Bureau For Private Post Secondary Vocational Education. Mr. Sudeck also offered a final rebuttal against the claims made against them on Ripoff Report's website, "Ding King stands behind all training and tool programs 1000%. Tools are guaranteed for life, and we offer free additional training for the customers requiring it. The class sizes are small and personalized with student to instructor ratio of 3 to 1, and also we offer one on one training for those who desire it.
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the customer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Sudeck stated, "customer is always right, and any or all issues are resolved to total satisfaction from the customer.”

My company was made aware of FALSE REPORTS and negative reviews that were made and confirmed to be from a COMPETITOR intending to SLANDER and due damage to me and my company's reputation. Their IP address has been confirmed and Ripoff Report has determined that all the reviews made were FALSE and MALICIOUS and intended to try to persuade students looking to learn PDR to look elsewhere. We do good business and welcome you to read more about our company, business philosophy and training programs. An intentional smear campaign started in 2004 against my company and 3 others in my industry was initiated. At first we searched our database for the name, email or phone number of such customers so we can make things right, but we found no such customer by name, email or phone number. We were taken back and shocked by what was being written about us. When we responded, the competitor in question would respond with more false attacks. It became a vicious cycle! Realizing that more and more customers over the years conduct their research over the Internet and might be believe these fake reviews, so we felt it important to address this once and for all and put a stop to it the fake posts intended to damage our company.
Sorry you're here, but at least I'm not the only one! At first I thought it was me. I took the dent-removal-for-dummies class in southern CA 4 months ago with James the tools and training they gave me were useless! I could have taught myself and bought my own tools for $100 instead of the $1000 he ripped me off for! And I notice I'm not the only one who he's ripped off here, we should all get together with a lawyer to see if we can file a class action suit against the whole franchise. I went to Ding King in Fountain Valley,Ca and trained for 3 weeks with James and Sal.Got nothing but top notch training with those two guys.Also,if you think that you can buy high quality PDR tools for $100 made out of spring steel,let me know where to get them,you can't
Also,they don't have a dent-removal-for-dummies course.They have a Paintless Dent Repair course taught by some guys who not only know how to do PDR,but can also teach.Also,the whole time I was there,they never tried to sell me anything else.
Also Todd Sudeck,the owner(I hope I spelled his name right) took us to a baseball game.It was so cool.Everybody I have dealt with from that company from Todd all the way down to the instructors,has been really cool and helpful.I called Todd 2 years after I went to his school and he helped me out with what I thought was a difficult question.
Anyway,this training is what you make of it.

right right and right! I spent a total of $6200 on the franchise with start up fees and all. The training material was some poor quality vhs tapes, and material that was not spell checked. The books were junk, basically taken from a "for dummies" book. I also have followed the directions and gotten no where. i worked on 3 cars for free. 1 of the guys is suing me because i tore up his paint job. bad bad bad. i emailed [email protected] for additional support, and was told that it would cost me. it's extortion i tell you. they take your money and that is it, they throw you to the lions. well i am not taking it anymore. i have tried, begged and pleaded for money back. told them i would walk away quietly, and they turned a deaf ear to me, now i am pissed and taking it to the authorities, and the lawyers. Ronnie, I too have issues with the Ding King Corp. The training class in Pasadena Was a joke. I met 3 other students there, one all the way from Florida. I felt so bad for him, such a let down. James was also our instructor. And for anyone else that is thinking about dropping the thousand busks for the "suggested tool" should buy them on ebay instead, or a swap meet. I had to take 3 days off work, Tom, from Florida took a whole week. I'm all for getting straight with these guys, I will monitor this site, and others. When you have additional info. say so, I wil jump on board with your suite.
