Guys...... i would request everyone do not use dine vista at all. If you want to waste your time and money and want to know what poor customer service is.....then please go ahead and feel it....This is highly pathetic company run by a bunch of irresponsible and fake peoeple. Please do not get into thier trap.
1)No callback on customer request, these guys says we will call you in 1-2hrs and you will not receive any call...you need to ring them again and again. 2) No Escalation metrics, only 1 mobile number and customercare email id is provided and if you ask to trasnfer call to your manager or somebody higher in rank then they pass call to their sub-ordinates and then that guy will be SR. Mgr for you on the floor. 3)I am tired of sending mails to thses guys however these guys are so pathetic in service that they dont know how to deal thier customer even when they know thier company is just new to the market. 4) They ask you to pay utility charges (around Rs500/- per day when you book accomadation through them) however during sale nobody told you about this catch. Guys there are lot more to tell about them...so just black list this company. Dont waste your hard earned body for these loosers.
