On Monday June 12, 2016 I called DIGITAL ELECTRONICS atter seeing the website DIGITAL TV REPAIR there phone number is 301-830-1584. I talked to someone who said his name was RAFAEL. I told him about my Mitsubishi WD 73838 tv that it would dim at times and about a stain on the inside of the front screen.
Rafael said that he would come out on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. 12:30pm Rafael came to my apartment and stated "I know your problem and I have a part with me to fix it. It will cost 220.00 dollars". I told him to fix the set and he went to the back of the tv and took off the back panel and statred to wipe away the dust.
He told me to go to the front of the tv and turn it on, so I didn't see if he installed the part or not. 1:00 o'c**k pm he said "I am done, you wont have that problem again", he was finish and requested his money which I paid him and received a tevevision seervice call ticket with the name of Digital Electronic at 1131 university Blvd, Silver Spring, Maryland phone number 301-830-1584.
June 15, 2016 the next day as I watched tv at 8:35 am the picture dimmed again them at 9:47, 9:51, 10:46 am and then I stopped listing.
I called RFAEL at the number he gave me 301-895-0571 and told him about the tv not being fix. He then said " I will have to order the part, I will come back on Saturday", June 18, 2016. Saturday I waited and waited but he never showed up. I called the number 301-895-0571 and did not get an answer. Monday June 20, 2016 I e-mailed the website and told them what has happen and requested back the money I had paid to RAFAEL.To this date June 30, 2016 I have not gotten back any responnse from Digital Electromics, or Rafael.
