I recently installed and purchased the activation code for this companies WinX DVD Platinum for one computer for one year. I had a problem with my hard drive and had to reset it to factory setting, effectively removing the above program and any record of my original activation code from that hard drive. I contacted Digiarty just to recover my activation code for my original installation, they claim they contact you within 24 hours. It took them 4 days and I had to re-contact them through my personal email since they apparently don't respond if you try and do it from their website.

The second time I contacted them I explained to them my problem as noted above and requested my activation code. They claim if you lose or forget it the'll send it to you. After several days I finally got a response. They wanted "screen shots" of my issue. I tried to explain it wasn't that kind of issue but I got the feeling they'd not read either of my first two messages and wrote them back, explaining (for the third time) my issue.

Two more days go by and their response is that I bought a license for one computer and they couldn't give me the code. I wasn't asking for a new license for a different computer, I only wanted to re-activate it on my original computer with which I'd had an issue. I paid $39.95 for this program and got to use it less than a month on what was supposed to be a one year contract that they now refuse to honor.
