BoughtaTazz diamond ring while on cruise on Sept 6,2017 got home diamond fell out finally was able to get hold of them and return on Sept29 .Got ring back on Nov 17,2017 The diamond replace was smaller than other one that was still in that they were to be alike also they had switch or did something to the Tazz stone IT WASN'T SAME .I called right away told send pictures I did then after back and forth got call to send back they give in store credit.I filed a claim with charge company.

I didn't want a store credit they had no other ring like it plus after the way it was handle I didn't want deal with them again.I found out Jan 11,2018 the charge COMPANY said it was a legal charge .I told yes was but it's damage and damaged more my them.The ring was picked my my husband and myself for our 50th annisvery and I had purchase 2other rings from another one of their store while on cruise to go with this one to make a wedding set now I can't wear them
