Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Ignorant people who claim you can get a refund with no problem.  I called 23-hrs., later to cancel.  The guy who asked more than once " why cancel, I mean you just order yesterday.  Why would you not keep your word? and " You're nothing but a number to me".   I said, "You have a very nasty attitude, and I can barely hear you.  Sounds like a frat house,w/ boys running around slapping each other w/ wet towels."  He said I was getting 'salty' w/ him.  Whatever that means. I asked to speak to a supervisor.  He left me on hold 15-20 mins.  I hung up tried calling back.  The first 4 times, it was busy.  The next few times, I received the recording for when their closed.  Some time later, A woman snatches the phone and says, "Hello."  I asked if I could speak to a supervisor.  She said she was the supervisor.  Same loud yelling, screaming, hootin' and hollerin'.  I said, 'If your the super., why are you allowing so much noise in the background that I can't hear you, nor you me."  She told me they like to keep 'Their energy level up." I asked for a manager.  Another person, w/ the EXACT same noise in the background, announced they were the manager.  Neither of them spoke professionally.  I asked for corporate.  She announced she WAS corporate.  With the same exact NOISE in the background.  Just louder.  I did some  homework, and discovered that  VRC and BestVacationEver, are owned by Diamond resorts.  Contacted Diamond, on a live-chat.  During the live chat, Garrett Cooper typed, "We do not own Vacation Reservation Center, but they are affiliated"   and   "We do have several different companies that sell vacation packages with us, but they are not necessarily part of our company."  Isn't that a contradiction?

We do have several different companies that sell vacation packages with us, but they are not necessarily part of our company."   Then I asked:
      • Your not aware that Bestvacationsever.com & Preferred Guest Resorts, LLC.,are making it clear that they are part of Diamond Resorts? You have no part of either?
      • 4:39:30 p.m.
Or, that Vacation Reservation Center has the following on their Welcome Letter: "...in the Diamond Resorts U.S. Collection..."

I know that we do not own VRC.
          • 've just had THE-WORST-EXPERIENCE w/ VRC (Doing Biz As Vacation Reservation CTR)

Then I'm giving Diamond Resorts some info that you can use. Is there a finders fee? I had to dig around to present this to the State Attorney General off. The company is stating, ON THEIR LETTER they send out to customers, that they are doing business w/ you. Here's what the letter states at the bottom, that I received YESTERDAY: "This promotion is sponsored by Vacation Reservation Center and fulfilled by Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc. (“Diamond Resorts”), in order to introduce you to vacation ownership with Diamond Resorts. Anyone is welcome to visit a Diamond Resorts sales office and purchase: however, in order to participate in this offer you must meet these requirements." in the first paragraph
          • 4:46:28 p.m.
Para. #2: "Eligibility: One offer per family/household (no groups). Promotion is for couples or individuals 25 years of age or older, with an annual income of $60,000 or above. Employees of Diamond Resorts and its affiliates and subsidiary companies.."

This is true, they are allowed to sell packages for us, however booking these stays and taking care of guests is our part.

In the #3rd Para: "...As of July 1, 2014, the price of points in the Diamond Resorts U.S. Collection starts at $7.79.."
          • 4:49:53 p.m.
Last statement on letter I received: "THIS ADVERTISING MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING TIMESHARE SALES in the Diamond Resorts U.S. Collection."

This sounds like Diamond Resorts is the big boss in each and every paragraph. I need a refund from the loons you have running your asylum. They even set out to fool me, by saying they would give me to a supervisor, and left me on hold 10 mins. before I hung up. Took me 13 trys before I stopped getting VM, or hung up on, before a female answered and said, "Yes, I'm a supervisor, What do you need?" With the same EXACT background noise in the background, Hooping, hollering, yelling screaming. When I inquired as to why I heard the same noise, she said the company tries to keep the 'Workers happy". I asked for a manger. Same unhelpful nasty, uncaring disposition...and the same exact noise in the background. I then asked for Corporate. I received the same treatment...and the same, exact noise in the background. This tells me that diamond resorts could careless about their local offices. As long as the numbers look right. My thoughts coincided with the other purchases on RIPOFF.COM. Wish I had read that first.
