Diamond Resort International SCAM. I bought a two bedroom time share paid it in full worth $13,000.00 membership no 999**. The maintenance fee kept on going up annually. It was only $465 when we first bought from The Ridge at Sedonna. This year 2010 because of job issues we were late with the maintenance fee of $958.00. . . sent the check in April instead of January. Lo and behold we got a letter saying that they foewclosed on our time share WORTH $13,000.0 for a measly $958.00 is that a scam or is that a scam. Who would have thought that if you fully paid for something, that the maintenance contract can foreclose on it. I am looking for a class action lawyer who is not afraid of a giant. Anyone interested pls email me at (((REDACTED))) dot net.
I can furnish all documents.

Did Diamond Resorts resolve your problem if not, maybe the owners they misled should join together and fight them. If you agree go to www.diamondresortsowners.com.

Maintenance fee payments on your time share to your HOA are an important financial obligation.
One that if you had expected to be late, you should call well before the due date, or at least shortly after the date to make arrangements.
We also send you certified letters to the same address you receive your maintenance fee billing informing you of your account standing.
If you would like to contact me with your documents, pleased do so at;
