Diamond Resort International or Diamond Resorts potential fraud by not allowing members paid in full access to top resorts at Prime times and keeping units open to rent for top prices or to use for acquiring new members.  Example:  Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort - Ski Run Blvd., South Lake, Tahoe -  Christmas week.  Denied access for 2012 and when requested 2013 was told it had to be booked after December 13th - called the 14th and again denied access as stated already full for 2013.  No waiting list.  We are aware units are being rented at excessive prices during this time period - why not given to members who have already paid in full?  In addition internet does not work properly on the Diamond Resort.com site as we have sat with three different representstives and have had passwords set up but when we go home and attempt to use the Passwords given us we are denied access to the site as a 100% paid in full owner.  When we call we are put on Hold for up to 30 minutes.  We paid a lot of money to use this Resort and were told we would have preferred access as a Diamond Member as we used to have RCI and transferred RCI plus a large sum of cash to Diamond International.  Something is not right here and needs to be checked out closely.
