Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First off, id like to start by saying that Sears, by just being associated with the likes of Diakon Logistics and Zippy Performance(Shelton "Tim" McDaniels), has to be one of the worst companies around. Although it may not directly be thier fault, they are advocating labor abuse and fraud. Sears hires Diakon, Diakon hires Zippy Performance, and the 3 together screw every employee that gets hired there. My story, starts like this....

im told through  a "friend" that sears is hiring for delivery drivers. The pay is 100 dollars a day. This is a growing business, and theres plenty of opportunity for advancement, with regular hours. All of this is a total lie. My first day, i show up to fill out the proper hire forms, only to find out there are none. I signed no paperwork even saying i was employed by the company. im then thrown out into a truck after showing up at 6 am, only to find out once im out theres no going back untill the deliveries are done. I got back to the warehouse at 9pm, only to then find out i had to unload all the refused appliances. By this time, its nearly 10pm, and ive made a total of about $6.37 per hour. This goes on for another 3 days, and ive made no more than $6.83 on any of the days ive worked. i then told the guy i was supposedly hired by, Shelton "Tim" McDaniels, that i was not a slave who would work 15 hour days for less than minimum wage. I was then told i was fired, and that there was going to be a 45 day hold on my check. I then ask John Sherritt, who runs diakon out of the Riverside, Missouri SLS warehouse, about this 45 day wait on my check, and he tells me there is no such thing. I asked where is my money, he tells me "i have nothing to do with that". so i ask him "well you pay shelton, correct?" he replies "yes". i then said "so you do have something to do with it?", and i got no reply. Its now been 2 weeks since ive worked there, and still no sign of the money thats clearly owed to me. thats 58.5 hours in 4 days, at an average rate of roughly $6.83 per hour with no overtime offered of any type.

Furthermore, the things i witnessed on my routes with "the boss" Shelton "Tim" Mcdaniels were absolutely appalling. from the impersonation of customers to the people at Sears, allowing marijuana to be smoked in the truck, on the route......to even stopping to buy marijuana for his wife. All this was time i could have been home with my family, but no.......not on Shelton "Tim" McDaniels watch! Oh by the way, this guy has a criminal record, and has spent time in prison as well. Look it up for yourself.

To me......a tax paying, working consumer, i wouldnt want creeps like this anywhere near my house. The fact that dirt like this is in my back yard though, really pisses me off. these people are knowingly overworking and underpaying people left and right it seems, and they will deny it to your face. add the fact that they hire complete snake scumbags, and its just mortifying. they haddnt dealt with anyone like me obviously, cause everything that came out of thier mouths when confronted with the facts, were lies. I still have not been paid to this point, and im further pursuing a winning case, which is inevitible. I will be updating this post regularly untill i have collected whats rightfully mine.

to all of you out there who have been wronged in this way, i feel for you and i hope you get whats yours, as i will be fighting for whats mine.
