I was hired by Holland Jackson to hire new website designers. I did not know at the time his company was a front for another company freelanceracadamey. Com . Seems everyone that is hired has to attend class's at his little online university for a fee! After I was there for two weeks I was told what a great job I was doing I asked about getting paid for mycwork and was assured I would receive payment by PayPal sometime Friday night. Well my pay never came my emails went unanswered as did my phone calls. Finally after three days of hunting this guy down he sends an email no longer wants to work with me will not pay me after two full weeks several new designers signed up and this guy hides from me! I noticed his websites are amature at best and he has only been in business a month or two he already changed them name of his business from devmont designs to devmont development in the two weeks I worked there he is not only ripping of new designers he is ripping of employees also!

I have reached out to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION with all of the information which I have recorded on this individual. They have received images (including his profile image), phone numbers, emails, and website addresses belonging to this criminal and will begin an investigation soon.
I have also reached out to the web hosting companies that currently host his sites with a formal complaint, requesting that they disable his domain until the FTC and my attorney complete the investigation.

I QUIT MY JOB because I was under the impression I had been hired by Holland. He scheduled me for classes outside of the time I told him I could attend (because I was in the final weeks at my current job) and when I complained, he had "Tyler Brewman" send me the links to the classes, which were just Youtube Videos, and then when I finished all of the coursework I couldnt get in touch with anyone to take the exam! Holland wont answer my texts or calls, I've left several voicemails, and now I don't have a job even though I signed a contract with this company which I was under the impression would be for a guaranteed 30 hours per week!
Please include me in the upcoming lawsuit, I would be happy to testify because I am suffering real damages as a result!

Explain this if I was doing such a poor job why was Holland calling me every night expressing what a great job I was doing? Or was that just to keep.me working knowing that the weasel was planning not to pay me? Also that scum bag assured me my pay would be sent through PayPal last Friday of course it never showed up face it Holland Jackson is a a scammer a rip off and a predator you can say whatever please at the end of the day he ripped me if for twoxweeks work no pay! I filed with the labor board on weds and will be contacting the DAs office on Friday you can run but you can't hide weasel!

You were given a great red flag on their website contact page, where it simply stated they're in Manhattan and gave phone numbers with NYC and California area codes that could just be prepaid mobile phones for all you know.
Never do business or work for people who don't tell the world who and where they are, on the street, in the building to the office suite number.
