Complaint Review: DESTINATION X WORLDWIDE MEDIA - Los Angeles Nationwide

Executive Producer, Dallas Tanner, of show "DESTINATION X WORLDWIDE MEDIA", was given $86,000.00 by my client Jordana Woodland, actress and producer. Contractually, Dallas Tanner signed in good faith to pay back Ms. Woodland monies she gave him for said show "DESTINATION X WORLDWIDE". Dallas never paid her back thus coming up with every excuse imaginable-he took from Ms. Woodland as much as he could and when she stopped giving-Mr. Tanner began making up story after story-which complicated matters worse-why he couldn't pay her money back-she is now seeking legal council.

Mr. Tanner has made endless promises in writing contractually to Ms. Woodland my client. Dallas Tanner recently told my client that DESTINATION X was on THE WATER CHANNEL, the WATER CHANNEL is not airring any programs at this time. Mr. Tanner also told my client Jonathan Heap who he also owes money to that DESTINATION X was on THE WATER CHANNEL-the show is not on THE WATER CHANNEL. Mr. Tanner also told both my clients that THE WATER CHANNEL is paying him-their not paying him anything-because this is not happening-except in Mr. Tanner's lies to my clients. Mr. Tanner also told Ms. Woodland recently that he is going to be able to pay her now that he has some funds-he never did. Ms. Woodland has everything in writing from Mr. Tanner which all documents every transaction he agreed to and signed stating how he would pay her back.

Ms. Woodland believed in Mr. Tanner and Mr. Tanner never came through with his word thus leaving her out the $86 thousand dollars that was to be paid back with interest-he never paid her. $86,000.00 is a lot of money. Dallas Tanner promised to make her a producer of the show-Ms. Woodland wanted her money back, he placated her by promising to double fees owed in writing to her-anything to keep her off his back-all were lies. There are other clients of mine that Dallas Tanner owes money to. One of my clients Jonathan Heap was so good to Mr. Tanner that when Mr. Tanner did not have a place to stay-he allowed him to stay at his house-Dallas owes Mr. Heap and Mr. Heap's friend money. Dallas Tanner has made promises to both my clients and never came through to fruition.

Dallas Tanner preys on young women coaxing them that he will make them a 'celebrity' on his show...it is the con game he plays so well and when these young girls find out that this is just an illusion and if they dare to complain, he turns it on them stating that he is the victim and that they are the bad ones trying to make it on his coat tails-which of course is untrue. Mr. Tanner is no victim, he took money from my client that he never intends to pay back. He lies to people and gives every excuse to why he can't pay these people back. He uses tactics and schemes to lure women and men into his web of deceit--and these good people that get taken learn that this man has taken them for a ride and made promises he can't keep and money he can never pay back.

Dallas Tanner is a selfish man, he thinks he is doing nothing wrong at all, he challenges everyone who defies him with a law suit that he uses to put at bay anyone who dares to challenge his ethics which are unprofessional at least. Dallas Tanner has no scruples and he is so coniving that the men and women of great confidence and power in the entertainment industry have been taken by him as well as the young innocents he tricks and fools. No one is better off after knowing Dallas Tanner-professionally-if he owes you money. If you run into him by chance you would think he was the most professional know it all-which he thrives on to be, but isn't. This man at best professionally is a moron with unethical professional dealings.

Dallas Tanner owes my client and has nothing to show for this cat and mouse fiasco he has played, Ms. Woodland is a good woman, she is sweet and young and all the beautiful aspects of youthful intentions and she has matured greatly in the entertainment business if this is a consolation after meeting Mr. Tanner who she did trust at first and did believe and most of all wanted to help who she thought was also a friend-what a friend. Brillant people get taken all the time.

Perhaps Mr. Tanner likes the power of being a Producer of DESTINATION X and luring young women into believing they will be stars for reasons which he knows of. His words are as fake as his toupee'...be careful when you see him coming for this man is a sheep in wolves clothing with a bad rug on his head...his heart is ice and his pockets are deep with grandoise desires of having them filled with your money and he is going to extremes such as writing bogus contracts he never makes good on to get money. The darnest thing is that Dallas Tanner is still feeding off of women and men, maybe it's his bad karma, the show has perhaps become his muse he uses to make himself feel powerful and maybe he wanted to be a great Producer-which he's not. Great Producer pay their vendors, they pay back their investors and they make sure they are running a good business-Dallas Tanner is not running a good business, this is a lousy way to do business-making promises he never intends to keep-not good Producer material here.

Dallas Tanner needs to be stopped-yet he lives off of people who are good and can spot a good person within walking distance-he's shrewd and he wants your money and he will do anything and promise everything to get it...DALLAS TANNER is never going to pay you back if you give him money-so don't give him money. Since he's never been stopped doing business, he is roaming out there in the lurches of fortune and fame and looking for a new breed to feed his game-everyday...DALLAS TANNER is a rip off.
