DermaGieo Free Sample Rip off Orlando Florida

I replied to an ad on Facebook for a free sample of Joanna Gaines new serum produce.  It was a free sample but I would pay for shipping.  I have now received the free order and two more for which I assume I am paying full price for.  I am very displeased and basically have no idea where it is coming from. The packing slip has no personal information on it.  No company name, no address, other than a PO box number and Orlando, FL  There is a phone number but when I called I was put on hold and then disconnected. Please help if you can.
