Dermadevine Devineeye They offer free sample and then charge a ridiculous amount if you do not call them in 14 dayshem in Savannah Georgia
I requested a free sample of skin cream and gave my credit card number to charge shipping only. I was extremely allergic to the cream. And they send 2 different creams not just the one you agreed to. I called to let them know I was allergic and they had already charged my credit card $84.97 and $89.94. I asked them why charged me for the free sample they promised. I was told I had not cancelled within 14 days. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to do this. I was told I could send cream back and they would refund or credit my card. I was given a RMA # so it would go on my account and I mailed it back. No refund or response at all. I called and was told they received the cream but they would not refund me or credit my card. The only option was to mail the cream back to me. My bank called and was told same thing. So they took my money and they have the "FREE SAMPLE" back also. This is a horrible thing for a company to do and get away with. In
