DelRay Securities Steve Mueller Frank Stock Exchange or Energy Fund Internet
Represented the ability to get our public company dual listed on The Frankfurt Stock Exchange for a $10 Million energy raise using registered stock. We agreed to escrow $10,000 for fees.
First, he allegedly set up fictious road show and schedule. Then when we pressed for specifics on hotels and brokers he started waffling.
Then Mueller a/k/a Muehler on Florida state records, agreed to fund $10,000,000 directly in our US trading stock from DelRay Securities Oil and Gas Fund. Showed us a bogus bank statement at TD Bank with $3.9 Million for proof of funds.
We completed all paperwork to which he was responsive. Repeated representation of funding claiming wires repeatedly sent. Always an excuse. Sent password locked wire confirmation.
Paper work was sloppy and incomplete. Asst. "Natalie" always to respond or correct. Never answered the phone. Never produced records evidencing approval from Bund?
Claims someone named Eric Waters is his "boss".
Will not return text or phone calls.

Looks like Kharma is finally catching up with Steven Muehler. He was arrested on October 23, 2012, for Aggravated Battery - Offender should have known victim was pregnant.
