I have been pretty busy getting all of this worked out, it just gets worse and worse. Our investigation has reached its limits, is there a law that dell has not broke yet? Lets put it this way, even though noone seems to have posted, replied, and who knows who has read it, like Dell, all i know is weve got a bullet proof case and the only way Dell could ever have some sort of defense is by doing what they do best, breaking the law. Im sure these documents will be used in court but hey its the truth and ill be proud to read every syllable. I am not even going to post the discoveries we have found. we got the hardware diagnostics back and it came back clean. dont say ha your wrong yet! Before the guy came out to replace my motherboard/network card i wiped my computer clean with a fresh new installation of windows xp professional with nothing on it because it was hijacked and probably had viruses too so if im getting a new network card i should have a clean computer. After stan changed my motherboard with the utmost unsafest methods, Geek squad said the hardware was fine, which i never doubted their diagnostics, but to put it in better terms they meant its fine as of this moment in time. Next day........ Cant install any driver, the computer doesnt even recognize its own hardware! and now my computer doesnt even work, it wont turn on or nothing, ITS COMPLETELY DEAD! you know why its dead, is because static electricity ruins the life span of hardware, causing latent failure. So when my computer ran, my network card, sound drivers, and any external ports never worked or was even recognized by the computer. the device manager showed things like the mouse, the keyboard, ect. and just last night my computer suddenly shut off. its not like i was using it because i had no way of connecting to the internet or listening to music and such. so now I have a 6,000 dollar laptop that is dead, period. and the rest of what our investigation has found will probably hit the news because its really that bad. Ill say this though, we know how Dell operates their business and if i were them, ill be pretty scared right now that a 22 year old just uncovered their illegal methods of becoming this unworthy multi-billion dollar company. and if Dell is reading this, and when we are in court, you all are going to regret every customer you have ever cheated.

It has been confirmed that my computer has hardware failure, not by a company but because i got the blue screen of death saying hardware failure, looks like dell has got another issue on their hands and we are pretty d**n sick of them. still getting the hardware diagnostic tests on the computer to check for more problems, later today i will be meeting with my dad's business manager to discuss the rest of the issues, we already have a lawyer so once everything gets sorted out, off to the court room we go to vent my anger not because of the way they have treated me but because they ripped off my dad, and if anyone knows what my dad has done for the past 25 years not a single person would ever give him the disrespect hes received from dell, they will pay for their disrespect and fraud that they have done to my dad, my dad's dedicated 25 years of his life to saving people's lives each and everyday with little to no breaks and it is the most selfless act one could contribute to their city and state. its disgusting enough that dell's customer service treats people like dirt but its far worse when dell rips off a person like my dad, it truly shows what kind of agendas and what kind of morals dell upholds.

We reported the dell technician that installed my motherboard and Dell's Legal services are suppose to contact us. According to what I have seen, it seems that my network card is not showing up as installed properly, also receiving memory error reports. Now for more information, today i received a call from dell that i missed because my cell phone was on vibrate, it was hard to make out what she was saying but i still have that saved in my voice mail. I called Dell's Customer Service today and for the first time after literally calling over 100 times, proof is from my phone records, we actually spoke with an representative that was very shady, by shady i mean i called to find out who had left me a message from dell, that conversation about what i was calling about lasted less than 2 minutes. He then, with a very very nervous voice kinda jolted out saying " hey! um do you have any issues that have not been resolved" (from this point on he was overly concerned with fixing my issues that is basically unheard of with dell's customer service) and i replied " no they have not been resolved the only issue that was fixed was a technician coming out to replace my motherboard" and he stated " well i know right now we can take care of your issues that have not been resolved so let's try to go and do that" and i said " i do not have the time right now because it is the holidays and i do have things that i have to do today" and he continued to try to get me to work with him. The reason I did not work with them is because they are breaking their own rules of conduct listed on their site and I will explain why. you might ask yourself "why did he not allow the representative to help him?" i will tell you why, Dell for one knows that they are in deep trouble and they are doing everything they can to get out of it, according to the rules of conduct as a company all customers will be treated fairly and do their best to resolve their issues ect. treating another customer like this to cover up their mistakes that has lasted over 2 months and having this type of treatment shows is contrary to what dell's own forums state, we have on record printed out of many people talking about the exact same issues we have been treated by dell, so therefore if they treat one customer, us, better over all the other customers then they are breaking their own promise and code of conducts. which makes them guilty and only fuels their fire. if they are treating us just because they know that they are in trouble shows you that a normal customer who has no issues with dell (yet) will not be treated the way i was treated for the very first time today. im sure it is against the law to do such a thing but not to good with the names of the laws that they are breaking. There is actually a lot more to say because it had to do with the forums and what happened to me there and i will post that at another time, I do hope someone will read this because we are pressing charges and it has been consulted with the appropriate people and if anyone on here has had any of these issues please respond to this ripoff report, we have more than enough evidence to make a case, and if you have been a victim of this kinds of things make it known because we are taking action, the more support the better!

If you have read my previous post then you would know we got a new motherboard and network card installed. someone came out today named stan, while working disassembling my computer he was only grounded 40-50% of the time, also he took out the new mother board, it was wrapped in plastic, the new mother board inside the plastic bad has never had an electrical charge, the hardware such as my cpu/hard drive/ memory ect has a an electrical charge and threw the plastic bad on top of them, since i had nothing to do with the replacement it is all on dells hands, i have not touched or used the computer or done anything to it, it will be diagnosed by geek squad to find damages done to my computer, an update will be posted after that has been done, all ive got to say is after talking with geek squad, we have more than enough proof in combination with our records and theirs to sue dell for over hundreds of thousands of dollars, thats all for now, please get back with me if any of you have had similar issues, the more support the faster we can bring justice.
