Well, let me start with advice. Never buy anything from Dell.

Worst quality, poor customer service.

I bought my notebook in November 2009. First of all it took a while to arrive, because the order was delayed.

When it arrived it never worked properly. From the very get go. It has an internal camera. This camera will shut off after a minute or two of working. I called customer support, they said it is not their issue (!) because camera is manufactured by creative (I think, but the point is not them). They offered to transfer me to a toll service. Well, since I didnt need it that bad and I had my old external camera I skipped it.

So, it had its glitches all time long until yesterday hardrive reported a SMART event and to be about to fail. I called customer support and was told that since the warranty is expired they are going to connect me to a toll service for  á "nominal fee"of $59 (!)

Well, let me tell you, guys. I have a Compaq, that I own since 2007. Although it is a 4 year old machine it works perfectly. It is faster, nicer and better.

I am not going to use you products anymore. I will tell all my friends not to ever. I am headding to Costco to buy a new Hewlet Pacckard and I wish you to go buncrouptcy. Soon. And you will because you make poor quality products. Two of my friends called me an idiot back then when they learnt I bought this notebook, because they experienced exactly the same. They advised me to return it, but I wouldnt listen. Guess my fault. But I never make this error again and I tell everybody:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DELL. YOU WILL REGRET.
