I purchased a laptop computer from HSN. The computer was delivered and I opened the box and began using it. I immediatley realized that the edge of the computer was cutting into my arms. I contacted Dell the same day. I spoke with customer service and was told I would hear from Dell after they looked into the issue. A week later I had not heard from Dell except an email. I was told to continue waiting on a response and I did. I finally called into customer service again on day 10 and was told they would mail me a box and I would send the computer back to dell for repair. That did not happen. 14 days later I still had not gotten the box, I called Dell again and was told the box was cancelled as they needed more information - PICTURES OF MY ARMS FROM THE COMPUTER-- I complied and sent the information. I heard nothing and called 2 days later. I was told a box was on its way to me so the computer could be repaired. 7 days later NO BOX. I called again and was promised a Box to return the computer for repair - - I finally did get the box; The computer was NOT REPAIRED. I only had 30 days to return this product... I am now stuck with a product that causes harm when used!
