We are relatively certain this is the customer who came into our dealership with a customized after-market lifted truck. The service department repaired certain items under the manufacturer's warranty. The item we could not warranty was the brakes (not a warranty item and in doing so would defraud GM) the customer was not happy with this and in turn called the sales manager Jim Morgan. This customer also commented to our service manager that he got the service manager fired at Showcase Chevrolet in Westminster CA. (same message posted for Showcase on this site) DeLillo Chevrolet is currently investigating to see if in fact this is the same customer and if so will seek legal action against him to protect our reputation. We maintain one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings for Chevrolet in our area and DO NOT have any Bureau of Automotive Repair violations. We also address all customer complaints and usually resolve 100% unless someone is untruthful, unfair or unreasonable. We would be happy to address this customers concern if we knew his full name and circumstances. This Company has been in the current location since 1962 and has always had an excellent reputation in the community. We have supported hundreds of charities, local schools, churches and youth sports over the years. We also have countless loyal customers who come back to DeLillo Chevrolet year after year to do business in a fair, friendly no pressure environment. Jim Morgan has also been an excellent employee at DeLillo Chevrolet over the past 24 years with exceptional customer satisfaction skills. Dave DeLillo President DeLillo Chevrolet Co.
