We entered into a verbal agreement to purchase business leads from Deep Rock Ventures, Inc. dba Searchable. The CEO Frank Rice indicated we would have to swich from a free subscription to a Premium subscription which was on a special pricing until the end of March 2018 at a cost of $496.40.
Once the membership was active we could then enter into an agreement to purchase 100 business leads for an additional $300.00. Total outlay was $796.40. When we purchased the leads we were told by Frank that the leads were ready to go as soon as they processed the $300.00 payment for the leads.
To date, we have not received any leads and have requested a complete refund. Frank indicated that the refund has been processed and it would be refunded back thru the credit card that we used to purcahse the membership and leads.
We have requested the refund initally April 3rd and again April 9th, April 13th, April 18th and April 20th. We have sent e-mails and left telephone messages to no avail and without receiving any responses.
This company does not honor its commitments nor provides the services it claims.
