First off, Andrea, you don't know what you are talking about! Banks DO reduce rates to 0% interest. I hate to say it but, Debticated did get one of my accounts reduced to a 0% interest rate. I called in to get my payments lowered. I was not late, for any of my accounts. One of their counselors sold me on their program. Not only did I not want to volunteer a donation to their company, I ddn't want to give them my total first payment, like they TOOK.The counselor said YES, I had to, in order to qualify for their debt reduction. I sent them $540.I had been promised, that if I paid my payment on time for 9 months that I would qualify for a loan to pay off my current debt,at HALF of the outstanding balance. That never happened. I was mad at the fact they misrepresented their program. I got ahold of the BBB, The attorney general the Postmaster General, and The Trade Commision. To make a very long story short: I did receive my $540.00 back-rather applied to my accounts. I now only pay $6.00 a month for their service, and I still get my 0% on my one credit card bill, that is left, with a balance. I was notified that there is a class action suit against them: visit www.PolacsekClass.com {http://www.PolacsekClass.com}; Debticated, has now notified me to send my payments to a new address, in New York. They are running from the law, again. This is like 4 times, since I have ahd dealing with them.Their new address is: Debticated CCI P.O.Box 184 Syosset, N.Y. 11791 At the present,I continue to send my payment, via Debticated, and monitor each months payment activity online, with Debticated and my Bank, where I owe the original amount plus a finance charge of 11%(now it is at 0% and $130.00 a month payment.)I will have it paid off in 5 years more, they told me in the first that it would be paid in three years. I have already been dealing with them for three years. If any questions, contact me through the rebuttal button Maynette Nuzum/[email protected]

If I was you, I would contact your creditors. I was with them as well and thought that everything was going well until I started getting collection calls. Come to find out, they hadn't paid them a dime and had lied about everything. There is no such thing as reducing an interest rate down to 0%. No creditor would do this. And since your accounts are closed, there should not be an interest rate. And the person who owns this company, Andres Pukke, has been arrested many times. Contact the United States Postal Inspector and find out just how bad this company really is.

I have been with Debticated for 2 yrs, I am more then happy with them! The reduced my interest rates and got the companies to take of late fees. One card they reduce the interest rates to 0%! When I first joined I would have had to pay $1,300 without them..after I joined I paid $845. Now with there help I've cut my payment in half by paying 10 bills off. I am so shocked to see these reports of rip-off. I am very happy with the program and have no idea what anyone is talking about. I have never once had a problem with them not paying a certain company.
