on oct 22, 2013 i wrote http://www.dealerrater.com about our Problems with Criswell Chevrolet Gaithersburg, MD. Over charging customers not finishing work 

on 10-14-2013 (john Ziegler was our service manager). We had Criswell Chevrolet dealer in (503 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878) installed the Primus™ IQ brake controller. They charged us $274.24 for one brake controller. We called the company tekonsha and spoke to Andrea and she told us that the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 retails for 107.91. We are writing this review to let Criswell Chevrolet dealer in Gaithersburg, MD, 20878 know that they ripped us off by selling the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 to us at 166.33 over retail price.

on 10/30/2013 Sue Folsom stated that she spoke to the manager and the manager stated they do not give money back just a store credit. 

we also asked about the service work that they forgot to do and Sue Folsom stated that if we bring it back again they will fix what they forgot. this is a big problem for us and that the manager will not give us back our money. 

please let others know about this we are never going back to this dealer. worst experience ever in a dealer ship.
