On 11/09/2013 I purchased a certificate from DealChicken.com, to be used at BELLEZAhome.com for the purchase of a Rainbow Loom Kit for my Grandson. On 11/27/2013 I received an email from BELLEZA informing me that my order had shipped via USPS.
After waiting weeks without anything being delivered I wrote BELLEZA requesting assistance. After 9 days I still have not gotten a response. Tracking information furnished by BELLEZA yielded no results. Phone number provided for BELLEZA has not been answered.
