I ask this company and the guy who runs it (David Kinsman) to make me a 1 minute demo with 8 to 10 voices but it didn't turn out of what I was look for. I first found out about this company from my acting classes on the post board and I was thinking of making a demo cause I want to be a voice actor (I took some vocal classes) so I decide to go to this company to hoping it can help me out. I talk to David to book a session sometime around Summer 2013 (So it was very hot outside) even though I barely knew him and went to the studio. When I meet with him, he gave me six scripts to read and ones with very long lines even though I ask for a one minute demo and he didn't give me the chance to know what I was going to read beforehand. During the recording I admit I did had some problems reading the scripts as it was very long, didn't fit my voice type, and did pronounce some words wrong (I was a bit uncomfortable) but I didn't think I do too bad. After finishing the recording and payed upfront, I waited a few weeks to receive the demo so I call David to know why it's taking long and when I did get a hold of him, I didn't like what he told me out that I not a good reader and that I need more training probably saying that I don't sound good. Sometime later I got the demo by email and I didn't like what I was hearing as it was 2 minutes long, had around 2 or 3 voice, and didn't added anything sound effect or music to make it good. I didn't sound too bad but I hated that David didn't follow any of my instructions of what I ask him for. It would of been better he knew more of my voice type and giving me shorter scripts (I suppose it really have -2-ish sentences to read for a 1 minute demo)that will fits me and that I will be most comfortable with. I will never forgive him for all of that sweet talk of his and that he wasn't being fair of giving me what I ask for as well as took my money ($330). If the demo was not going to turn out well, he should of never take my money in the first place. That f* money w***e.
