I inquired over the phone whether the rooms had the hotel amenities that they advertised - microwave oven and refrigerator in the rooms. I was told that the rooms would have the aforementioned amenities that I needed. I reserved three rooms immediately using my husband's credit card, and was told that I should reserve the rooms immediately because there were only 4 rooms available. Upon check-in and check-out, there couldn't have been any more tan 10 cars in the entire establishment.

Upon my arrival, the front desk clerk was not polite or friendly. He acted as if we were bothering him. We were given keys to rooms 208, 207 and 103. Room 103 did not have a refrigerator as I had earlier requested when making the reservations over the telephone. We immediately brought this to the front desk clerk's attention and were told "all rooms don't have refrigerators, don't worry about it." The clerk did not attempt to offer us another room or even attempt to resolve our problem or request.

It was 98 degrees and my family and I were swimming in the pool, and my 16 year old daughter got out of the pool and was sitting on the steps (which lead to the upper level in the shade). She was rudely approached by an Indian woman (who worked for this establishment) who asked her where her room was, and to get off the steps and return to her room. I wish I would have know this immediately, I would have immediately demanded my money back. There were no signs posted which stated "DO NOT SIT ON THE STEPS."

This Days Inn advertises "Continential Breakfast". I've been to over 100 hotels who have offered continential breakfast. I have recieved as little as donuts, coffee and juice, to what I experienced just the other day at another Day's Inn facility in North Carolina, who's continential breakfast consisted of donuts, muffins, cereal, juice, toast and coffee. This particular Days Inn had 5 small honey buns in a closed Tupperware container with orange juice and coffee. It was approximately 7:00 am and that's all they had to offer. There were 11 of us, so I asked the front desk clerk (Indian Man) if he had any more bunds and he asked me how many more people did I have, I replied 6, and he went behind the counter, shook 4 more out of a box and proceeded to hand them to me.

I was very shcoked and disappointed that an establishment such as this, would have such bad customer service. I don't recommend that anybody stay here.
