David offered loan to purchase hotel in Meadow Lake. He asked for escrow funds in the amount of $17,000 USD. Then asked for an additional $3,500 USD to be paid. No loan came and he cannot be contacted. Nor can his Lakecrest Ltd. Company. All money was transfered through a bank wire.
