I shopped online via truecar.com. I found the car I wanted and wanted to have an approval before walking into the dealership. I was approved by roadloans, printed out the loan packet and drove to David Ellis. When I got there, they talked me out of santanders road loan and refused to speak with them to fund the deal. They even promised me lower interest rate. I became upset when they asked me for four times the down payment Santander required. I left without buying the car.
The following week they called me back and said they got me finance with chase. I went back, signed everything and paid. Needless to say I was not able to drive home because they wanted four hundred dollars for insurance. Again, went home to return the next day with insurance.
Finally the day came, took car home. Few days went by when I start to receive denial letters from every bank in the book. I called the dealer and they said all was fine they just need another copy of my check stub.
Days go on, and finally they tell me they can't fund my loan. I said OK I'll bring car and you give my money back. They refused and claimed they would have to check the usage and analize the car first! Wow. Since I said no check. No car. They came and took it. I didn't hesitate to give it to them but shouldn't it have at least been taken with a tow truck and not a gang affiliated man who drove it away? I have OnStar. I can trace it and it should not be in use.

Robert at David Ellis explained that today was the 10th day grace period expiration for me to buy the car.
1. I was never notified anything in regards to the vehicle. NOTHING.
2.They continue to refuse retuning my down payment.
My question to THIS DEALER IS....
Why are you lying?? Robert said I cannot buy the vehicle even if i went down to the dealer with the money for the car unless Michael calls me and sorts it out. SORTS WHAT?
Why the lies and misrepresentation?
I want the down payment for the full amount 1500.00 . Tammy stop hiding.
CALL ME (((redacted)))
