Found this company on the internet and was willing to give them a chance since there website ,twitter account etc seem to be legit . Placed an order for a few fake neg review deletions months ago . They ansewered all calls while placing the orders .They only accept checks they will not accept credit cards or any other form of payment RED FLAG # 1 . They cashed the check within 4 days after receiving it . After months went by and no reviews were deleted we submitted a ticket on there websie as prompt for a refund . ((No response RED FLAG # 2.)) Another week goes by and we submit another ticket on there website once again with no response ((RED FLAG # 3 )) After the 3rd ticket we submitted we tried to call and guess what there answering machine says if your trying to get a refund yup you guessed says to go online and submit a ticket ((RED FLAG # 4.)) So we go ahead onto the website and it now says on there website that there response time is delayed due to being extremely busy :( We submit another ticket and guess what ? Yup you guessed no response to any of our tickets requesting a refund .
We now go ahead and call the sales line and the quick talking sales guy has no way of looking up your info so he asks us if we tried submitting a ticket LOL we explain yes we have submitted many he then states he will look into this and call us back HMMM Yes you guessed he did not call us back . At this point we will not be submitting anymore tickets or making anymore phone calls we will only be letting others now to stay away from this company They are a complete scam company with no shame . We also read the other reviews posted on RipOff Report and you can see by the owners response he is a complete smart a**. I would never do business with a SCAM company like this and my only advice is to BEWARE. This company can not remove or delete any fake reviews or suppress any type of link . They are ONLY here to take advantage . My guess is there will be many more postings on here as they keep up there shady business practices..
