Here is the copy of the live chat.  I was to be paid 30$, then they stated it would be $3.00 less, I requested the payment in December of 2011 and was told the check would be processed in February and after that I would receive the $27.00.

Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Alan'Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK527028373172X

Alan: Welcome to our live chat service. Please make sure you have added the email [email protected] to your email address book and safe list while I read your query/question

Alan: HI

Myself@: I believe I got ripped off here, I earned the 30$, requested payment, then the amount was going too be $3 less for processing. I was told it would be processed in Feb. No check has come, and I feel I need to report this to a consumer agency or other authorities

.Alan: This fee is to cover all the expenses that we incur to process payments.Alan: The $3.00 fee is listed directly on the Payment Request Page at the time of your payment request.Alan: It clearly states your check will be processed in the amount of $3.00 less than your balance, which includes the $3.00 processing fee.

Alan: It is also listed in our Terms of Membership.

Myself@: I understand about the surprise of the $3 dollars, but where is my $27.00?s

Alan: May I know when you have requested the check?

Myself@ I am sure you have that info just by my email address, but it was  December of 2011.

Alan: Please wait one moment while I access your account information

Alan: As I can see that your account is INACTIVE

Alan: Please click Reactivate Account and then click the "Send New Activation Email" button to have your activate email sent to your email address.

Myself@It wasn't when I asked for my money, I am on line with my account right now!

Myself@: And after I requested my money, you immediately put $3.00 in it to start the process over. Then quit sending emails.

Myself@ I am going to the Attorney General's office with this.

Myself@: Since a copy of this will accompany the forms, is there anything else you'd like to say?s?Myself@No?

Alan: We always try to maintain transparency in our dealings and our effort always is to initially try to provide a solution at our end. However, in this case a resolution at my end is not possible, and I will need to escalate the case to our Resolution Center. Please add the email address: [email protected] to your email safe list to ensure you receive their response.

Myself@: Please send a copy of this to Mr. Daren Cotter, your CEO.

Myself@: A resolution at your end is possible by sending my check.
