I decided to combine my debts by using military debt consolidation since my husband was in the service. I did not know that it was 1st national credit until it was too late. We were never late or over due on anything before I started this program on Nov. 1 2002. Within a few weeks all my creditors were calling asking for my money. I did what 1st Nat. told me and referred all creditors to them, they kept calling me. I called 1st Nat. and complained about this and they said that they would send a cease and desist letter to stop the harassment, they never did. Later I found out that they cannot send this letter on my behalf because it didn't come from me. As a business they should have known this and possibly did. It kept getting worse. In the beginning they made me send in a check for 443$ by money order to start my account they said I would get it back after my debts were all paid. I lost all trust in them when a month went by and nothing was done on my account. And all creditors were late and over due. Their excuse," the girl that is suppose to do that is out sick today, we don't show a record of your 2nd payment, who are you are you sure you are our client. After a heated argument demanding to speak with the CEO of the company I was hung up on. I received a letter from a George Lynch who told me that I would be canceled if I harass them anymore; I said I wanted out now and to return all my money because they did not disperse or do anything to my account. I wanted my down payment back too since my program was over I was told that I would not get it back because it was my fee for all the work they did for me. All they did was ruin my credit and nothing else. I had my bank get my 1st ach debit back for 449$ now all I want is my 443$ back. If I do not get it back I will name your company also in my small claim suit as you are harboring a fraudulent business. I do not want to have to do that, I just want my 443$ back, but if I have to go to small claims I will and you'll end up paying me more. Believe me I have enough proof to win. I will also release your address as a 3d party bank on the web to all who are interested. And there are a lot. I have not done so yet, I just will be happy to get my money back and drop it. You might also be interested to know that there is no George Lynch involved with 1st Nat. Robert Bassolino is using it as an alias. He is also involved with Gibson Trust and Goldstar Financial so it makes me wonder if you are their 3d party bank too. They are in serious trouble you know, claiming bankruptcy.
