To whom ever read the report about Danielle and how she mistreats her employees by not paying them I have an opinion to express. I only know the details of what the accuser and the accused have post via this website. I would like to share my personal opinion about Ms. Sheypuk and her family and my personal experience with the Sheypuk's. I have not seen the Sheypuk's in atleast 4 years. I met Danielle in Scranton Pennsylvania when she was attending Marywood University about 8 years ago or so. I had grown a great relationship with Danielle and her family. In the time I had known Danielle she had gone through a few helpers in the time that I had know her because it is a very demanding job that most people say they are ready for reponsibilty in takeing this job that are not. Like the person stated before Danielle is not a company. She recieves help through Allied from last I remember. People who take the responsibility of helping Danielle out need to be stressed exactly how demanding the job is. This women makes Danielle sound like a horrible person when in fact she is the exact opposite. SHe has a wonderful Mother and Father and sister who love and care for her dearly. Her family is if not the nicest family you will ever meet. In fact they would give you the clothes off of their backs if you didn't have any clothes to wear. I am saddened to hear how a great friend of mine is described in the letter. Danielle has a muscle disease very similar to MS but is not deadly. She is able to move all her limbs but does not have strength to do anything real well on her own. I have helpped Danielle out when she was in a situation where her former friend and caretaker left her stranded when she was attending NYU. I packed my bags the second she called and asked for help and I asked no questions. Yes it was hard for me to be there almost 24/7 but I was and I knew the situation. Danielle can be demanding at times. Just ask her family but Danielle or her family are not the type of people to keep someones pay to be spitefull. With regards to the women not recieving payment I am sure if you contact Allied or the company that was written on the cheques you recieved miss and ask them about your payment and money being withheld I am sure they would like to help you out by explaining to you the wonderful thing called tax that each and every working American needs to pay. With that being said please if you had an opinion that was in anyway bad about Danielle Sheypuk or her family I ask you reconsider and try to take in 2 sides of a story. Sincerely: Eric L. ps. please don't slam my spelling I know there are a lot of mistakes

First I would like to state that Ms. Sheypuk is not a company but a young disabled graduate student with limited means who is forced to depend on attendants to help her with day to day activities. That being said Ashley's statements are complete fabrications. I was there during her "work" activities and she was amply compensated and given an additional food allowance to offset her living costs. Further the money she claims was withheld was done so do to necessary taxes that had to be removed, which was not under the control of Ms Sheypuk but rather that agency that was paying Ashley's salary. Also during the time of her employ she behaved in a very unprofessional manner. She often brought her boyfriend Jacob to Ms. Sheypuk's residence and engaged in lewd sexual activities while Ms. Sheypuk was out of her home and insisted that he be involved in Ms' Sheypuk's social activities. She also had to be constantly told to do her duties as she refused to clean, do dishes, laundry or and other housework, which she was hired to do. Finally at the end of her tenure she left Ms. Sheypuk's employ without notice leaving her stranded for several days and having to rely on her family to return home. She then vindictively claimed that she did not receive her pay after Ms. Sheypuk had tried to contact her, even though she had quit and not worked at all during the pay period, to return her money and was ignored on several occasions while Ashley was looking for other employ. This whole posting is a blatant personal attack and has nothing to do with faulty business practices but rather a vindictive woman who was treated with kindness and respect during her employ and was amply compensated.
