Where do I start Daniel Whitney is a typical con man drifter that’s NOT from Los Angeles. He just showed up in Los Angeles one day I've heard he said he's from Florida or Kansas. I really don't know what's true about this guy he probably moved to Los Angeles after he scammed someone and couldn't stay in that city any longer. Daniel Whitney claims to be a marketing genus he is a fast talker and will say anything to con you out of money or even to use your car to show off like he has money. He NOW claims to be the CEO of a car rental company in downtown Los Angeles called DRIV3 renting out luxury cars. Guess what he doesn’t own any of them. He doesn’t even have any good credit to lease a Kia so he goes around LA pretending he is rich and successful. If he sees you with a nice car he will tell you he can rent your car out and make you money. What he does is he will drive your car around and pretend it’s his to con some investors into investing in his company of get rich quick scam. He has con people out of over $300,000 to pay for his fake life style. He lives in downtown on xxxx S Flower St. he has already con people in his building he lives in. He also will never pay you for your car he has taken money from a few people already. He is pro he will take pictures in private jets like he has actually flown in them. He hangout with child molesters and thugs. If you ever try to get your money back from him he will send some thug to hurt you. If you ever seen that movie PAIN & GAIN that’s pretty much how he is. He has scammed other Car Rental Agencies like LION HEART LIFESTYLES. He was the marketing genius behind that company. He pumped it and then dumped it. He has no honor he would sell his own mother for a buck. If you come across this con man run before you get robbed.
