Daniel Edward Avery Along with extortion and bigamy, Daniel Edward Avery owes me $39,000 in back child support Oregon
I was married to Daniel Edward Avery in the 80's. I divorced after one and a half years as he couldn't be faithful. While married we had a son together. Once divorced he was ordered by the court in San Diego County, San Diego California to pay child support. He only paid one time in the amount of $60. I took him to court for lack of payment of child support & the judge increased his amount to pay per month to catch up. He didn't even pay one payment. I currently live in Kansas & the case was handed over to them 17 years ago when I moved here. They have told me he owes me $39,000.00 in back child support & they know he resides in Oregan. He needs to start doing his time and make restitution for the $45,000.00 he stold from one of his wifes in California then he should have his tax refunds and part of his wages deducted to repay this $39,000.00 back for child support. Why can't they procede in the justice system when dealing with him. He even has a facebook account. What's wrong with the justice system??
