Went into this DQ. to get lunch for child and self. 1st off the owner was behind the counter argueing with her very smaller children. Who were under the age of 10 working. When she finally decided to take our order. She was rude and didnt act as if she cared we ordered anything. Her 1 and only employee. took the order and completed it with NO GLOVES. no hair net nothing. Handled the food with her hands, wiped her hands on her backside then completed the order. When questioned about the gloves she lied and said she was using them, When we told her we watched her entire actions and saw no gloves she basically told us that we were not seeing what we thought we were and grabbed a glove (which she did not put on) to hand us our already completed meal. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT THERE! Nasty. How embarrasing for DQ and outside of a military installation as well. Terrible.

I would highly suggest that you contact the Health Inspector that over sees that area or that restaurant. Let them know what the date was, and what you saw. I would also suggest contacting the corporate office for DQ and let them know as well. They may argue that the establishment you went to was a franchise, tell them it is unacceptable health standards and the customer service is unprofessional and lacking. Also some states have laws on what the lawful age is on who can work. Some states state that a minor has to be at least 14 years of age to legally work and must have a valid work permit. You can ask the local work permit people (Labor Standards/ Relations Office), you can also see if there is a Federal counter part that may be able to assist as well. If they are breaking the labor law on the age, they could face fines and penalties for this. That is my two cents, I hope it helps you.
