Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a new Dodge Ram Diesel truck and Doge wouldn't honor their advertisements, then they wouldn't honor their warranty for the the Air Conditioner pump, then the dash cracked all up. The dealer wouldn't fix either one stating that they were not under warranty. Guess what, I replaced the AC pump myself and the manufacture left out half of the seals. Each connection requred two rubber seals, but they only put one in on each connection! Dodge truck's defect. Next, the dash was made of defective plastic and cracked up all over! I left it that way.

Look up Dodge Dash and you will easily find a whole industry selling replacements! Dodge would not do anything! Next, Cummins diesel engines requires a .03 or better micron fuel filter to protect the engine, but guess what? Dodge decided to put in a .10 micron filter. Then, my fuel injectors quit working and my engine statrted smoking! Dodge said I was using bad diesel fuel. Don't buy a Dodge product as they are a huge rip off! And I hardly use this truck, just need one to pull a travel trailer on vacations and my boat once in a while. Buy a Dodge Ram truck at your own risk. Oh yes, I chanige out the fuel injectors myself because Dodge wanted $6,000 to change them out. Incredible!

Actually I work as a warranty writer at an RV Dealer and Moon Light for the last few years as a Light Oil Field Trucker.

The facts: 2008 3500 6.7 Cummins 120,000 miles at purchase 220,000 Currently. Auto trans 4X4, Crew cab short box. 40 Foot triple axle flat deck. Max licenced trailer weight 20,000 pounds

Low oil Prices suck, I have to live on my less than full time warranty job currently. No Florida trip this year.

Rebuilt steering, ball joints and tie rods, 1st time at purchase and again 10,000 ish miles ago. Its a Dodge, thats what wears out.

There are many parts on the market that claim 3 micron filtering. Most (not all) are multi-pass to achive 3 Microns. Since the HP pump is what is killed by more than 3 Micron crud, Pumping it through multiple times can't be good. There are also a lot of dead trucks with burnt out HP Pumps due to the 3 Micron filters plugging off in 45 below. What use is a filter that wont let fuel through in cold weather? Completly useles in my use.

My truck has litterally hauled my Bike Trailer with 14 Harleys inside to Miami 3 times.

I have hauled hot shot loads to Fairbanks and Ancorage from the lower 48 Through 45 below temps. Have also been snowed in for 4 days and the truck ran and kept me warm.

What I have seen: GM junk going through multiple sets of injectors while mine grumbles up the highway. Fords not much better.

As for your dash and AC problems, The AC at least is not what you represent, but without your repair invoices to show how you were ripped off I cant show you who and how. The dash I haven't got a clue about, Maybe the spilled coffee on mine protected it.

My advice, Buy Cheap fuel, Work it hard, Watch it eat the miles.

Why would anyone that is happy with their Dodge Ram be on Rip Off Report? Is it because you are from Corporate Dodge Ram? I suspect so. Let's assume you are legit! You haven't explained why so many Dodge Ram truck owners are having to put on their own .03 micron fuel filters, why their are whole industries out their with products to fix Dodge Ram defects, i.e., Dodge Ram dash boards, steering parts from when even recalls will not fix the issue, fuel pumps, fuel injectors etc.? Am I am not an unreasonable person, I took my truck to Dodge to have them fix their defects within the warranty period to no avail each and every time. They simply would not stand behind their product. All I have left is to Report the way Dodge does business to RipOffReport to warn other consumers. I am glad that you are happy with your truck, as that is what I wanted when I bought mine, but it never happened. So, again, my advice is to not buy a Dodge Ram truck. If you do you run the risk of being treated like me when problems arise.

I have 220,000 hard HARD miles on my 2008 3500 Cummins, It has also sat for days and days ideling with out more than a DPF regen light warning

0 Injector or injection problems all on the Mopar Filters and recomended Schedule. Bought the cheap fuel from Ancorage to Miami and back several times.

Two AC repairs both Deer related Condenser cores. As I am a qualified AC Tech I waited and fixed my self when I got home. Dodge only installs one "O" ring and that is all that is required. Two "O" rings not hurting but not helpfull.

If you have problems with injectors I have one question, do you buy fuel from high volume Name Brand Truck Stops or low volume water contaminated local gas stations?

TA, Flying J, and so on from Coast to Coast to Coast.

Think about it and good luck
