I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer whom got this vehicle for me to accomadate the wheelchair lift and chair I require for mobility.This vehicle was purchased from an auction in Kansas and placed in the auction by the Dodge National repposseion center in Kansas.

A Carfax report showed that was the first time it had been registered. I later found out the vehicle was sold by Empire Dodge in North Wilksboro NC to a person that lived in TN. and was registered to that person as a lease vehicle.

I have found through several inspections the vehicle has had major flood damage. Now Daimler Dodge is saying that it is the dealers responsbility to correct this matter.

The dealer Suzuki of Greenville NC has gone above and beyond the call of duty on this and has been unable to resolve the issue.

It is my belief that a Company such as Dodge should be responsible as they cleaned the Title and put the vehicle back on the public market. It is JUSTICE I seek and JUSTICE I will have from Dodge Motor Company.
