Where to begin this nightmare,,,,,,,,I regretfully, foolishly, signed up for a 'college' course on  September 24, 2012  to the tune of $8985.36.  I was shown through 'modules' (www.ibsstart.com) and the education director Jason McElroy (801-456-6644) how, the ONLY way I wouldn't be making 5k/month or MORE w/in 60 days would be only due to MY lack of application and participation in what the PowerSellerCollege course offered.  The day after signing up I called Jason requesting to cancel the agreement, at which point he forwarded me to Rob Morris (801-456-6863), the 'orientation' director.  After an hour and a half phone call w/ Mr. Morris, he offered to credit me $2200.00, resulting in a final charge of $6785.36, as well as sending me a check in the amount of $400.00 to help off set the credit card payment amounts for 2 months until I was making $5K/month and able to take care of the payments with 'no problem'. I stated repeatedly that this made no sense to me, why would he offer to help me w/ that to which he replied 'what kind of educational program would I be running if I didn't sympathize and care enough about my students to help them out of a bind', though he wouldn't cancel the agreement in full because he couldn't let me cheat myself out of the life changing opportunity his course would offer me,,,,Days after the starting 'the course' (and only on Ch. 2 mind you), the calls began pouring in.

Oct. 4, 2012.   #1.  Mike Olaskey, Daeus Financial. "Business Entity" coach.  'Coaching' for my business entity legal foundation.  I MUST have an exit strategy because I WILL be sued at some point. The entity will protect my personal assets (to which I told him I have none, he didn't care)  I repeatedly said this process makes no sense,,,,I am on CH 2 of the course, THERE IS NO BUSINESS at this point.  I was reminded that because I am SO new to this I would have no possible way to know how the legal aspects and importance of setting this up correctly and quickly are!  He also told me that in order to legally claim the expense of the course as a write-off I would have to go this route.  "Ordinary CPA's have NO idea how these expenses are written off, and written off correctly."  This was for MY protection and Daeus was here to PROTECT and LOOK OVER me every step of the way, so that I could FOCUS on my studies and not have the stress of watching over my 'new business'.  "What regrets I would have looking back after I had been sued and lost everything, only to remember that this opportunity was given me but I refused it."   $3590.00 total billed to credit card for this 'protection'.

Oct. 5, 2012.
#2.  Tony Dixon, Daeus Financial. "Tax" coach.  Only StrategicTaxService can properly write off my educational costs, ordinary accountants and CPA's do not have the knowledge to properly write off education on corporate taxes (plus they charge hundreds of dollars per hour in addition to hundreds of dollars per 'tax form') and if I found one who was smart enough to even research it, it would cost me thousands and most likely still be screwed up.  Special deal though through him, Premier Program includes LIFETIME membership to full tax service and a nominal $9.95 monthly charge.  A N D,,,,,ALL these charges are TAX DEDUCTIBLE,,,making it an incredible deal for a new, non educated 'business owner'.  I again said this process makes no sense, THERE IS NO BUSINESS and I'm on CH2 of the course.  Again, I am condescendingly reassured that because I AM so new at this that I could seriously be jeopardizing everything I've already invested.  Fear and intimidation won, resulting in $2990.00 total billled to credit card for this 'protection'.

Oct. 5, 2012#3.  Wendy Byford, YourEntitySolution (YES) leaves a mssg requesting me to call her at 702-506-0190.  Upon phoning back she congratulates me on my new entity and wants to know what my first two choices in my new business name are.  Completely dumbfounded because  I am under the impression this is a 'coaching' call to educate me on how this process works, what I have purchased, and educating me on the process leading to choosing a business name, she suggests that I guess 2 names that I would like and she will process them through the paperwork and see if the State accepts them.  I again repeatedly say THIS PROCESS MAKES NO SENSE TO ME,,,,,I'm 'GUESSING' at the name(s) for 'my business'?  She assures me it's not a big deal, it is an overwhelming and daunting process when someone is SO new to this process,  I don't have time to think about this as she must submit the proper paperwork, and it will all be okay.  She laughingly reassures me that she is probably the only one in this process who will not be asking for my credit card number.

Oct. 9, 2012.  email received from Daeus.
Thank you KRISTINA, for being a valued customer of Daeus Financial Services. We look forward to discussing how our Corporate Credit Department can help your business get credit to assist in the financial needs of your growing business. Before your next class regarding the Daeus Financial Services Corporate Credit program well need you to do a quick homework assignment. With three parts:
Access the Customer Portal
Evaluate your personal credit standing
Calculate your revolving debt ratio

Oct. 17, 2012. I complete the 'homework' assignment and return it via email.  The next phone call comes from Brittany (who's no longer at Daeus at the time of this complaint being filed) and she schedules a 'coaching' call from Alec B. Eskander, Daeus Business Development & Corporate Finance Coaching, (866-525-3709 xt. 289)

Oct. 22, 2012.  Alec Eskander phones me and begins the 'coaching' session.  He goes over the importance of obtaining a business credit portfolio, the urgency of removing all the business related expenses I've recently incurred from my personal credit, and how he 'can' help me do that w/in 30 - 60 days for the reasonable rate of $5095.00 (which will include my very own, customized e-commerce business website).  He does offer me the option of attempting to research and establish business credit on my own, however assures me the 'daunting' task is very overwhelming to an inexperienced, new business owner like myself, and the average COST to obtain such financing (w/out the included e-commerce business website which is included in the Daeus deal) begins at a minimum of $6000.00.  I state that this process does not EVEN make sense however Alec assures me that it WOULDN'T make sense due to my very limited knowledge in this type of business because I am so new, however that is why he has the know how and Daeus has the people to make it happen FOR me.  He assures me that with my high personal credit score, it's almost absolute that business financing with a credit limit of $50K can be arranged at 0% interest, and that going with Daeus is the 100% 'safest way to start the process'.  Fear and intimidation win over.  $3500.00 billed to credit card.  (the additional $1595.00 will be processed through an additional email sent from an affiliate website designer/hosting company)  Alec will call me in roughly 2 weeks to make another 'coaching' appointment and see how 'things are going'.  This follow up calls never happens.

Oct 26, 2012.  I receive a call from yet another 'coach' named Jimmy Beech.  This person sounds like he's drunk and on drugs.  He can't complete a full sentence as every other word is 'uhhh', 'huhh', 'what'?  The phone receiver is constantly being covered and I hear muted laughter.  He manages to inform me that there are 6 more steps I need to complete in order to complete the Corporate Credit process and that he will email me the worksheet.  I ask him who the financing company is who this credit will be obtained through.  He tells me it will be going through Seed Capital located in Nevada.  I hang up w/ him, call Alec Askander and inform him of the incompetent, unprofessional conduct which occurred during this phone call.  Alex apologizes and has Nicholas Welch phone me.  Mr. Welch apologizes for Jimmy Beech, states that there have been several complaints concerning his 'coaching', and tells me that he will now be services my account.

Oct 26, 2012.
Emails begin coming from Russ Betts (geqmarketing.com and isitebizbuilder.com) urging me to complete the Daeus portal which will begin my website building upon me entering my credit card info and paying the $1595.00 cost.  I request that Russ contact via telephone to answer questions I have.  Upon calling I repeatedly say how can you build a business website when I am still working on the educational course (ch. 4 at this point)  Russ agrees that it is confusing and probably doesn't make sense to me however this is the way the process works, and BTW, there is an additional $29/mo charge after the site is built which will be billed immediately upon completion even though I will not be operational.  After operational, the cost will be $89/mo.  I do NOT purchase anything further,,,I have reached my tipping capacity, the farce revealed too late.

Oct. 29, 2012.  Nicholas Welch ([email protected] via premiermentoring.com) sends me the duplicate worksheet sent from Jimmy Beech via email. 5 of the 6 worksheet steps require more money be spent.

Nov. 6 2012 to present:
Upon contacting my 'coach' who has 'helped' and 'protected' me up to this point,  I receive the following email: "We can still help you proceed forward. The best thing to do at this point is work on paying down your personal credit cards and work with your credit coaches to look at all other options."

***this was the response FROM my 'coach', who had no issue helping me rack my credit card with lofty assurances, deceptive promises, and complete depraved indifference***

I am going to lodge complaints with BBB Utah, DOJ, IC3, State Attorney Generals Office (UT & OR), Consumer Complaint Agency, Consumer Protection Agency, FTC, ANYONE who will listen and have the power to stop this type of crime from occurring.

Mon, December 31, 2012

About seven months ago I was online and received an email stating I could make around $4000-5000 working from home. So I went on the website and looked at it. It seemed alright to me. I wanted to have my own home based business and thought it was a good time to jump on the opportunity to do so.

I received a call shortly after I inputted my information from Power Seller College. Promising the whole kit and caboodle. They were going to setup a custom personalized website for me and provide all the software I would need to start earning money. I would also receive coaching sessions from one of their HIGHLY experienced staff that make thousands DAILY. He threw out the bait and ignorantly I bit. I paid Power Seller College $8,600 for Option A, which was supposed to give me the maximum potential to earn business. However, when I looked at my account they charged online, it said another name completely.Members Learning Source. Why would it come up as another name if they were a legitimate company?? So, who exactly are they? Power Seller College? Daeus Financial? YourEntitySolution(YES)?

I have never received and ACTUAL coaching. I have been given the run around when I call them to try and speak to my coach personally. I am directed to a website that doesnt tell me anything that I didnt already know.

I tried contacting them to get my money back since they never provided me with anything they said they were going to. I again was given the run around. Finally, I had had enough and called to speak to a supervisor. When they answered the phone he again promised me that things would be taken care of and that I would just need to stick it out a little bit more. They had been having some difficulties on the server and they were busy correcting it. So I did. Still to this day nothing has been done to setup my business. I WAS SCAMMED BY THESE NO GOOD THEIVES!!!

I have contacted them so many times and have gotten nowhere. So I decided to contact a law firm to help me get my money. I AM ENTITLED TO MY MONEY AS THEY NEVER PROVIDED ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! I spoke to Edgar(678-828-2596) and he informed me of my rights as a consumer and that he will open a case for me. I did not have to pay anything to retain his services upfront, which was great and made me feel a little more secure in all this. Everything has gone smooth and Im happy I called him up.

If youre thinking about getting in bed with Power Seller College, Members Learning Source, Deaus Financial, YES or VIP..DONT!!! Theyll steal your money!!!
