Events:

Being involved with these entities and affiliates: Ecommerce Education Services, LLC; Internet Coaching Program; Ecommerce EDU, LLC; Ecommerce Support (ECS); Supplier Source, LLC; Supplier Search, LLC; E-Business Solutions; Internet Service Provider since Tuesday, March 5, 2013 and signing two agreements for $6,895 and $6,500 to learn how to make money with on-line business (from home), on March 12, 2013 Mike Olaski from different affiliated business, Daeus Financial, called me and explained to me a need for LLC – Limited Liability Company. He explained that while offering merchandise on e-Bay is a good strategy for start, the ultimate financial security comes from drop shipping and affiliated companies. In that case I would need:

  • Protection
  • Corporate Credits
  • And tax deductions to write up all start up expenses
  • He also explained to me that without LLC I would not be able to drop shipping and other types of activities that provide a lot more opportunities.

He offered me three types of entities:

  • Partial Entity for $885.00, which he would not recommend
  • Single Cell Entity for 1,885.00
  • And Unlimited entity for 3,685.00

I wasn’t sure what I would need so he suggested going with the “Unlimited entity” for $3,685 and being able to change that within first three days. I agreed and ask Mike not to charge my credit card until I would give him my decision. My guts were telling me that I invested way too much money into something I was sure it would even work and within three days I canceled the agreement within three days (as per agreement) and changed that to a single entity for $1,885.

I was introduced to another affiliate - Your Entity Solution (YES), who was supposed to handle the entity creation. Since I canceled the Engagement Agreement with Daeus, however, I could not get hold of anyone within this company. I was sent documents to sign to set up an entity from YES and tried to explain that I canceled my agreement and wanted my money back. I was assured that someone from YES would notify Daeus and someone would get back to me shortly. All I got, however, just pointing fingers from YES to Daeus and back while they were keeping my money.

Finally after almost a month, on April 3, 2013, I was sent a new Engagement Agreement for $1,885.00 plus Yes membership for $59.95 starting 05/12/2013. At this time I realized that I was lied to and there was ever no need for the entity to actually do drop shipping or anything else. So I canceled this agreement as well within three days as per the agreement:

Jessica,

You must be mistaken. I signed the agreement for the single entity on April 3, 2013 for $1885.00 and YES Membership for $59.95 staring May 12, 2103 (see attached)

On April 5, 2013 I canceled both orders, one for the single entity and the YES Membership, which was well within 3 business days as per agreement.

Until today I did not receive the refund of $1885. I thought that everything was clear and you agreed on the $1885 refund over the phone.

Thank you for your help.

Sincerely,

Signed

After some time of silence I got delivery failure notice and they still owe me my money:

Beware, these are dishonest entities, dishonest people. Do not get involve with these people! You only loose a lot of money. The only thing that drives them is greedy. They are very quick to get your money and lots of them. Once you engage with one company, many other affiliates are introduced to you with an idea you can not live without them and that they will help you to make lots of money from your home.

This company lied to me:

  • Unlimited entities are not unlimited – they are limited to three only.
  • You do not need entity to get into drop shipping as they try to make you believe. Drop shippers do not require just EIN, you can set up an account with them using you SSN.
  • They tried to lie to me that I never canceled the agreement. However they acknowledged it sending me a new agreement on 4/3/2013.

My name,

I see you spoke to Chris on 4/3/13 about the original Platinum Unlimited Package at $3685.00 he helped downgrade you to just the single standard entity at $1885.00 leaving a refund in the amount of $1800.00.

  • The refund was only between the two agreements. After canceling the new agreement all I got was silence.
  • They did not actually cancel my YES membership even though I canceled it in writing within 3 days as per agreement and I had to cancel my credit card not to be charged every month.

If I do not get my whole refund back I am taking this company to court. They have no legal right to keep my money. I canceled their agreement within three days and got confirmation. As per the agreement that results in full refund.
