CYBERSONIC toothbrush rip-off--NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT 7 NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Ordered Cybersonic toothbrush from sonictoothbrush.com on 10/13/01 and still have not received product(today 12/3/01). When calling customer support--stated no record of credit card charge even though on statement. They asked for fax of statement and to date, no response. Tried to call on 12/3/01-customer service states, all reps busy, call back later.
