Cyberpower PC has provided what might be the worst customer service experience in the history of customer service. I was shipped a bad PC after waiting 4 months. The GPU and drives were bad. They stretch out the tech support for weeks until it was past the date to return it for a refund. I sent it back for repair after they refused to refund the purchase. I received it back several weeks later and it won't even power up. I tried every troubleshooting technique, but it's just a bad PC. I've been trying for two weeks to get any kind of help from the company and have received no response. I've gone as far as filing complaints with the BBB and other sites.

After continuous pestering, I finally was able to get through to someone at Cyberpower via their online chat. to chat, you have to enter your email address and name. When I did that using the same info as my order (and following email correspondence) no one would enter the chat despite no queue line. I tried for 20 minutes. I jumped out and started again using a different email address and they joined the chat immediately.

The online support rep was more helpful than anyone else and said that I would hear from someone higher up within a day. I received an email telling me that they typically don't offer refunds and that I should just keep sending my computer back since it's under warranty. But if I wanted a refund, I could send it back (paying for my own shipping) and they would refund it minus a 15% restocking fee.

Based on the amount of time they took to respond during the entire process, the fact that I believe they purposely weren't helpful early on so I'd go past the window to return it, and lack of any helpful support for almost 6 months, they should have done more than this, but I wanted it to be over, so I sent it back for a refund. I received an email that they received it a few days ago, but no refund has been issued yet.

We ordered another gaming PC for another company and it arrived within a week and is working amazingly so far.
