Custom Computing Theft ripoff Stole 256MB Ram out of my pc Kinston North Carolina
I took my pc to Johnny Smith to get it fixed. He told me it was dead and I needed to buy another one. My memory was missing when I got it home. I called him, he said that he had forgot to put it back in. I picked it up from him the same day.
I had to take my pc back to Johnny Smith. He asked me to leave it with him again. I picked the pc up the next day.
When I got home I looked inside it again. My Emachines computer that had a 256MB Ram had a Compac 64MB Ram.
I called him and told him that was not my ram in my machine he tried to tell me that Emachines buys their ram from Compac. Emachines does not use their competitors parts in their machines.
I called him back and told him if he didn't give me back my ram it would become a legal issue. He told me he does work for the Sheriffs Dept and the City Police and he didn't care who I called.
I hope this helps to keep people from getting ripped off.

You are a thief and cheat,I do not know Bruce or whatever the other guy's name is.I even went in the police dept in Kinston a woman working there named CHEVELLE(honest this was her name)said they never heard of you and they had someone who worked on their computers and you might have worked on an officers personal computer.You took advantage of me and you d**n well know it.This smith is something else.

Hello Ripoffreport Team, I would like to respond to a false report on your site regarding computer work done for Joe AKA "Bruce" at Custom Computing, Inc. (last year). This man contacted the police & others about his false claims; they followed him to our office and afterwards had to remove him by force. We proved to the officers that his claims were not true (they informed our office that he was a "thorn in their side" regularly). We also submitted proof to the BBB of his false claims (we have that document if you would like a copy). It would seem that he is still "grabbing for straws" by posting his lies on your site. Please inform us how these claims can be removed from your site, we have been in business 7 years with a clean slate & do not want false claims posted on your site. The Officers of the Kinston Police Department & BBB can validate our integrity and truthfulness in this matter. Please respond, Johnny Smith Owner Custom Computing, Inc. 252-559-1399 P.S.
