Purchased a LED PROSCAN 32" television, model PLDED3273A-E in May 2014, from a local vendor (h.h.gregg).
In August 2014, the TV screen went black and no sound. Called customer service on August 29th.
When through troubleshooting steps over the telephone. That did not solve the problem.
Informed that I would need to ship the TV to their Michigan location at my expense.
My compliant is that since the TV is still under warranty, I object to having pay shipping costs to have it repaired.
It stopped working after 3.5 months. I feel the TV was defectively manufactured.
