TOTALLY ASTOUNDED THAT WE ARE HERE FILING THIS REPORT. BUT CUPIDMEDIA AND THERE SITE TAGGED INTO THEIR BULLHORN OPERATION IS ONE OF THE RUDEST AND MOST UNHELPFUL IGNORANT AND DISUGUSTING COMPANIES ONE WOULD EVER EXPECT.

 

ITS BAD ENOUGH THEY HAVE THE AUTOBILLING SETUP YOU KNOW WHERE THEY NAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD ON THE NEXT CYCLE YOU DIDNT AGREE TOO..BUT THEN IF YOU CALL IN THEY PLAY THE TERMS AND SERVICES GAME. SEEMS THERES LAWS GOING INTO EFFECTON THIS BUT THATS NOT THE CASE HERE. WE CALLED IN WITH A SINCERE PROBLEM OF A PIC NOT LOADING, A PIC THAT WAS USED AFTER WE DELETED IT AND AND WE EVEN EMIALED THEM STATING WE DID NOT WANT THIS PHOTO POSTED. OUR EMAILS WENT UNANSWERED BUT THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB TELLING US THEY RESPONDED BACK TO THE POINT OF CREATING A HEATED CONVERSATION THAT ONE WOULD CALL AN ARGUMENT. WE WERE SURROUNDED BY COLLEAGUES UPON MAKING THE CALL. 10 MINUTES INTO THE CALL JUST ABOUT EVERYONE PUT THERE HAND UP SUGGESTING WE NO LONGER TRY AND TALK TO THIS PERSON NAME SARA WITH HER HIDDED GERMAN ACCENT.

 

UPON MAKING THE CALL WE CALLED IN 3 TIMES AS THE CALL WAS NEVER ANSWERED THINKING WE MUST HAVE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. THE CALL ANSWERED INTO A WEIRD CUE WITH DIFFERENET EXENTIONS WE INADVERTENTLY HIT 5 AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF TALKING TO A PERSON THAT CLAIMS THEIR TITLE WAS "CUSTOMER CARE"

 

INSTEAD OF JUST OFFERING US A GOODWILL GESTURE AS WE EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED THAT THE PROFILE ONLINE WAS NOT SEEEN WITH ANY PICS FOR SOMETIME THIS SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AGENT SARA WENT OUT OF HER WAY NOT TO AGREE WITH ANYTHING THAT WE SAID AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DOING NOTHING. WE HONESTLY DIDNT EXPECT MUCH MAYBE AD 2 WEEK TO OUR ACCOUNT AS TO THE TIME LOST. INSTEAD SHE TREATED US LIKE "WE WERE THE PROBLEM IT WAS OUR MISTAKE THEY SENT AN EMAIL THEY DID NOTHING WRONG.....YOU GET THE IDEA..." WE ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER AND YOU CAN GUESS SHE SHUT THE DOOR ON THAT TELLING US WE NEEDED TO EMAIL. WE HAD EMAILED 3 TIMES SO SHE SAID OUR CONCERN WOULD BE ESCALATED. THINKING WE JUST HAD THE WRONG OR BAD EXTENTION WE DECIDED TO CALL BACK AGAIN. WE THAN SPOKE TO A FRENCH LADY WHO APPARENTLY KNEW THAT WE CALLED AND RE-EXPLAINED OUR STORY. NEEDLESS TO SAY CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY IS BREACHED HERE AND ONE WOULD GUESS THIS MUS BE A BASEMENT SWEAT SHOP OPERATION AS TO THE KNOW THAT THEY ALL SEEMED AMUSED BY THE BY THE ABUSE THEY CAUSED.

 

YOU COULD HEAR THEM TYPE AWAY ON THEIR CRM TO COVER THEIR_____SSES. WE DECIDED TO GO ONLINE AND SEARCH ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE EXPERIENCE WE SHARED WAS CONSISTENT. EVEN ON THIS SITE THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS.

 

IN ESSENCE WHAT COULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IN ONE EMAIL OR A 5 MINTUE CALL TURNED INTO THIS.

NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WONT BE BACK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. TO SAY THESE PEOPLE WERE IGNORANT AND UNHELPFUL WOULD BE A COMPLIMENT. THEY WON'T EVEN TELL YOU WHO IS IN CHARGE TRANSFER YOUR CALL AS THEY ARE ALL TOO BUSY COVERING THEIR OWN TRACKS. DISGUSTING SERVICE. HORRIBLE. WE HOPE THEY HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY THEY PATRONISE AND HOPE SOMEONE TREATS THEM THE SAME WAY. THEY MAKE WALMART LOOK LIKE SOTHEBY'S.
