I joined a membership based on the services being advertised. This is supposed to be a bitcoin trading robot but the software never did what was advertised and after a couple of weeks of use, the system failed to let me loggin. I made numerous attempts to contact tech support and when they have responded they do not fix the problem. It's been three days since I have tried to loggin and I have yet to get Crytohopper to fix the loggin or to show me just how to get their application to produce positive trades.

I will be calling my bank to request a refund on my credit card and to report the transaction as a fraud, and I'm definitely telling the consumers to stay away from this product.

A CryptoHopper Representative responded back, fixed problem, Great customer service and now I'm a Happy Hopper!!!!

Allan, who works for Cryptohopper sent me an email and he explained currently they do not offer customer support on the weekend. Well, my issue happened after 5:00 on Friday evening, so I understood. Next, he apologized for the technician who had my service ticket, he is a newer employee and did not have the capability to address the issue I was having.  

Allen told me he was going to work one-on-one with me until he resolved the issue.  He had me up and running rather quickly. Then he gave me credit for the number of days I was unable to log on. In case you are wondering, part of the problem had to do with me sending my MacBook for service, and evidently the new service work configurations interfered with my Cryptohopper configurations and login.

Now Allen's made me a happy customer at this stage, but there's a Cherry on top! When I was able to log back in, I discovered that four of the cryptocurrencies that the automated Cryptohopper recommended skyrocketed. I made earnings of over 70% on each investment. Enough to pay for my monthly membership and a weeks salary from work. By this time I'm just floored. I bought this membership not knowing if it could do what was promised on its website.

I can honestly tell you Cryptohopper is a fantastic product, they did offer me good customer support, in spite of being down three days, but its an amazing product. If you wish to see my actual results just shoot me an email at [email protected] and request my results page.

I feel bad, that I slammed Allen's company, but it just pissed me off when was I'm paying for something and was not able to use it. I want to thank him for correcting the issue and making me a happy customer, and a Happy Hopper.
