Crushsaga crushsaga.net, homeflix.net Lied about charges to credit card! Charges you despite promises not to. Wilmington Delaware
After reading all the words on their Free Membership, I gave them my credit card information. They promised all over the webpage that there would be NO charges. It was for a free membership without expiration. They said they just needed the credit card information to confirm that it was a US address. Then after entering the information and looking for all the fine print (there was none), the next page said, "You have started your free trial. After 5 days, we will charge you $33.95"!!!!
I didn't agree to that!! So I wasted my whole night tryiing to call their customer service number to cancel. The customer rep hung up as soon as I said I wanted to cancel!! Then I called back and clicked their "automated cancelation line". I went through all their hoops to cancel, entering my credit card number again, etc. The automated message then said, "You are NOT canceled. Goodbye." Seriously??? What an evil company! So, I finally had to call my credit card company, report the fraud and then have my credit card blocked and request a new one. These people are evil. God help them!
This all started from clicking a link on a youtube video. I was always suspicious, but now I know to stay away from those!
