Please Please Please BEWARE of this Boarding Facility. While the name has changed, to Cross Roads Stable, the person is the same owner as in Affinia Farms, please research the name of Affinia Farms for FACTUAL REVIEWS of this person and their Boarding style and techniques. Most boarders leave her barn shortly after arrival because it looks good on the outside. Once you get inside and get behind closed doors, its a different world. You will never be able to use the indoor arena, because there are lessons that take place ALL THE TIME.
The "fields" which are weeds and mud are only designated for "her horses" and her "friends horses". There are several AWESOME Boarding facilities close by this property, so please look elsewhere. We made the mistake of boarding at this facility, and once we saw our horse losing weight on her "hay" that she mistaken for STRAW (because it looked to bedding straw), we got out of there.
Please learn from others mistakes and don't do it. During my time boarding at this facility for 4 months, there were a good 50 horses that were dropped off and gone the very next day. How in the world is that possible? There is only one answer to that question.
Do your research before you allow someone that should never OWN A HORSE to be responsible for your 4 legged kids.
