i christie bought my car in 1996 year almost had my car pay off with national auto credit in ohio. and i guess they sold my car loan to crest bank of trust. cuz they was going out of business or ect not sure i know they sold alot of their car loan to them in 2000 year well i never got a letter saing they bought my car loan in till afyer they repo my 1995 car in 2000 year.
i sent in my regular car payment to them and they sent it back to me saying return to sender i still got that same letter till this day. well i call them national auto to see why they sent back my car payment and i only had few months and this car was payed off i payed on this car 4 almost 4 years. and in aug of 2000 it would of been mine and if u call national auto and ask them in all these years i payed them was i late on any of my payments they will say i was a very good client. never late. always on time. well they told me they sold my loan value to who and there phone # i called them to see whats going on and to send in a payment so i did got address and mail payment and next day i got a call from a manger there telling me im late on my car note and i exp[ained to him problem he got all upset at me and ect and was very rude to me as if i was lieing to him and demained payment i told him i mailed it and he told me i can put this on on end of note cuz he need payment westerunion today or else i lose my car. so i told him ok sounds good i do that and since i send in a payment it will be very current cuz since i got the address late my other note will be due at that time ok . so he sent me paper and i sign them and sent back and they got my payment and still came and repo my car and sold it for $500.00 cash and then addd repo cherges of 900.00 to 1000.00 on to what i owe so i still would owe them and they could put it on my credit as none payment. they messed up my life and my car and more i want them to have to suffer like i did can not get a place or another car cuz of there credit dept and ect and i always payed bills on time and now i cant get notyhing for me or my baby.

Again in New Orleans it seems all the crocked businesses must have a special club---funny if you read the report on MFH enterprises and the report on the BBB one name that comes up is Chip Hilbert-where as this bank hassled you gives unsecured credit to this company a owner who couldn't even pay his bills ---no questions asked as they live large in Covington-the bank was paid late all the time and instead of the bank coming in harshly they would go out to lunch and get drunk-stay away from this bank-period!!!!!!!!!!
