I signed up for a free trial and did not know that within 10 days I had to cancel. I was charged $29.95 and I contacted Credit Check Total to dispute the charge. At first they told me that it cannot be refunded, but I explained to them that it was not made clear to me that I only had 10 days, and that I would complain to Ripoff Report if they did not return the funds. They returned the funds promptly, and so I am writing this positive review, because I firmly support this company and their ethical standards.
