I bought a vehicle from a company that told me it was a good car. It was sold "as is" but had not even been looked at by a mechanic. I was unaware of the problems until the first week I drove the car and the brakes went out, it overheated, the transmission slipped, the headlight fell off driving down the road, and I found out it was wrecked in February of this year after my mother pulled the car fax. I was not told about this at the time I bought the car. I returned the car and 24/7 motors said they would fix it, they did not. They only attempted to fix the brakes that fell off at the gas station a few miles down the road....the mechanic from 24/7 motors had to come and fix the brake lines at the gas station.

They said they would get new headlight. They did not. The company that sold the car, 24/7 Motors, committed fraud with this company. As well by telling them I gave a 2200 dollar down payment when I only put down 500.00. I was told by credit acceptance to not pay due to the legal department having to look into things. I was not told to return anything or make any payment. I have turned in a valid letter from a mechanic stating the car is junk and Now, credit acceptance denies me the right to speak with the legal department. They will not cancel my loan as I have requested due to this lemon of a car. They have also "repossessed" the car so I cannot have my mechanic to look all the way through it on the lift to determine the rest of the issues. I was also told that it is in the "privacy policy" of the employees that I am not allowed to be transferred to the Egan department and they have to contact me.

Let's take a look at this purchase, shall we?  At the start of your dissertation, you stated the purchase was on an "AS IS" basis which YOU went along with.  The Disclosure Statement, which is a Federal requirement, is a document which explained to YOU the terms of such a purchase.  Those terms are YOU are not getting a warranty, YOU accept the car in whatever condition it is and the dealership is under no obligation to fix any defect for free.

The presentment of this statement contains a provision for YOU to read and for YOU to understand these terms and to sign said Statement.  Additionally as part of the purchase process, a contract detailing the terms and conditions of the financing was presented to YOU.  This contract would have showed the purchase price as well as the down payment YOU provided.  At various places within this contract, there would have been places for YOU to sign and/or initial.  YOUR signature indicated YOU agreed with the figures, terms and conditions.  As such, the following FACTS are in order:

1.  YOU agreed to an "AS IS" purchase with any and all problems in existence with this car.

2.  YOUR signature shows YOU agreed the down payment information documented within said contract was TRUE.

3.  YOUR information provided in this report, is a direct admission YOU went along with a scheme to DEFRAUD and DECEIVE the lender.

Now you want your definition of "justice".  Reality is their REPO was perfectly in order.  Any damage to your credit report is justified because YOU agreed to go along with this FRAUD to DECEIVE the lender.

Of course, another possibility here is all of the allegations of mechanical problems are nothing more than a smokescreen because the lender did a repo as they discovered the FRAUD you went along with.
