I had been with Credicure for about 1 1/2 years and everything was ok. Then I started noticing that my payments were posting 1 or 2 days late. Then my payment for March did not post at all to my credit card company.

When I tried to call the number that I had for Credicure I found out that the company has moved and changed numbers without notifying me. So I call the new number and no onewould answer. I tried to leave a message and the secretary Nicole Mock's voicemail was always full. I had to e-mail Credicure.

Finally Katherine Long e-mailed me back and she said that everything would be taken care of. But of course a few days later it never was. I again e-mailed Katherine Long several times. Finally she e-mailed me and said that I really should be e-mailing Melissa Porter, in the processing department.

So I did email her. When she wrote back she called me sweetie and said that everything would be taken care of. It never was. So a few e-mails and days later, Melissa Porter said that Discover had sent the check back to Credicure becuase of a new formatting system and the check would go out soon.

No one at Credicure would call me, only e-mail after I e-mailed and called many times. Thankfully everyone at (name deleted - see below) card has been so nice and has not charged me any late fees for this.

Finally when I did actually speak with someone at Credicure, a man named Richard, he said that (deleted) card only wanted late fees from me and to ignore their phone calls! What kind of advice is that?

Needless to say, the money that I paid to Credicure has still not made it to (deleted). Have they offered to call (deleted)? NO. Have they even called me to figure out the problem? NO. If I had not noticed that my bill was not paid on time would they have contacted me about it? NO.

After researching Credicure I realize what a ripoff this company is. Jeffrey Formulak, the President of Credicure used to be the Director of Operations at Ameridebt. The Federal Trade Commision had to shutdown Ameridebt as part of a settlement that charged Ameridebt deceived customers into paying at least $170 million in hidden fees and it would not let Ameridebt continue in the credit consolidation business. But I guess that Jeffry Formulak has found another way to deceive people out of money.

Please DO NOT use Credicure. They are a scam, point blank.

Is CrediCure the problem?

My husband & I have an account with CrediCure, and we have had the account for about 2 years now. Like this person, our account was fine until around December. When we contacted CrediCure, we received a call from Katherine Long who told us the the company was undergoing changes, and that our account was going to be handled by the Law Office of Richard Brennon. We got the new number and a new address for our payments in Frederick MD, not WV. Now, whenever we have tried to call the 877 number, we get no answer. My husband tried to email the law Office at their email and no answer again!! We got zero correspondance until we emailed the old credicure email address. Then, Katherine responded to us, helped us with our general questions, but advised us to call "processing" regarding our missed payment.Whomever works in processing is completly incompetent!!!! They didn't pay our bills, & they don't answer thier phones. We finally got an answer at the law office from nicole. We asked about Jeffrey Formulak (because we had read this post) and she said he didn't work for credicure anymore, and now worked at the Law Office. It sounds to me like the Law Office is where the problems are. My husband and I have had nothing but problems with them!!! CrediCure wasn't the best, but at least they paid our bills. I have found out that the Law Office is handleing all of the old CrediCure accounts. I got a letter from Mr. Brennon that said CrediCure sold their accounts to him, and all questions should come to him. So my questions is, is this a real Law Office, and where is my money?
