Creative Capital Partners Stole $53,500.00 Pennsylvania
First and foremost I would like to list all parties involved:
Lionel K. Rhodes (Disgraced Sigma), Dorian Burks, Ksyntolious Miller, Carl Anthony McNeil, Tim Turner, Deana M. Devereaux, Christopher J. Poucher, Stacey Dunn Turner
This company approved a client for $500,000.00 loan, however, the client had to place $53,500.00 into an escrow account to ensure funding. The clients were to receive funding within 90 days, however, as of today 02/16/18 the clients have not been funded. This funds were transfered to the CCP's escrow account on Aughust of 2017. CCP provided the client with a fake bond to protect the clients investment. The company that issued the bond is Consumer Choice Assurance LTD based out of Atlanta GA and owned by Christopher J. Poucher. The client has chosen to cancel the agreement and asked for a refund. They also asked for the contact number to Consumer Choice Assurance (being that it was not on the bond) to file a claim allowing them to get their money back. CCP has failed to provide them with that information. CCP's owner Ksyntolious Miller continues to send bogus letters stating that the loan will fund within a week. This company is fradulant, and prey on small business.

Hey anyone that has had trouble with these clowns please give me a call. I gave them $53,500 back in August and was suppose to receive $500K. You guessed it right because I never got it. I’m an ex police officer myself and have been working with several other victims to bring lying a** Lionel and the rest of these dirts bags to justice. CCP knows very well who I am and hates when my name gets mentioned. Here’s my contact info 254-213-8568 give me a call/text and I’ll discuss what’s happening as we speak. I’m going to do my best to make sure they all end up in jail.

I reached out to Tim Turner and Lionel Richards via thier cell phone. Instead of trying to fix thier problem, Lionel accused me of falsely accusing them and harassment. I have filed a complaint with the FBI, and I will be contacting the FTC, SEC, along with the organizations they are affiliated with.

The representative that originated the busines loan for CCP knew that CCP had not secured any funding to honor the facilitation agreement. I am one of the many investors months before August 2017 that was promised funding and kept getting bogus letters from Mr. Miller with a reason why the funding has not been received. The failure to disclose that CCP had not resolved their funding issue and take $53,000.00 from a client is a classic example of how low Creative Capital Partners will go to steal money from investors.
I am taking the necessary steps and filing with every federal agency that can arrest and charge the executive leaders, sales representatives, and any other person or company associated with this scam. The fact the company advertises about how they value the customer and the executive leaders make references in their profiles related to given outstanding customer service is a disgrace. If you investment money tied up with CCP please file criminal complaints against this company to shut them down.
